Abstract
The LaMn1-xCuxO3-delta system has been investigated for the first time from the point of view of the structure in relation to different prep aration procedures. Skeletal FTIR spectroscopy has been used in suppor t to XRD characterisation. Oxygen content, magnetic behaviour and resi stivity have also been measured. Two compositions have been tested in the catalytic combustion of methane.
