Spontaneous spinal epidural haematoma is rare. A case of haemophilia-B
presenting with cervical spinal cord compression due to epidural haem
atoma, is reported. This is the second case in literature, to our know
ledge, of intraspinal epidural haematoma in a patient with haemophilia
-B. The importance of early diagnosis, especially with magnetic resona
nce imaging and surgical intervention, when deemed necessary, are emph
asized.
