Abstract
Investigation of Ligularia dentata roots gave four known and two new p henolic norsesquiterpenes, ligudentatin A and ligudentatin B, as well as di-aromatic ether, 3-(4'-formylphenoxy)-4-methoxybenzaldehyde, whic h had been isolated from a natural source for the first time.
