Abstract
A new tetranortriterpene, 11-epi-azadirachtin D (1-tigloyl-3-acetyl-11 alpha-hydroxy-4 beta-methyl-meliacarpin) has been isolated from the m ethanolic extracts of Azadirachta indica seeds.
