Abstract
A new triterpenoid, 3 alpha,24-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid, has be en isolated from the bioactive chloroform extract of aerial parts of V erbena officinalis along with 3 alpha,24-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid and ursolic acid. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reser ved.
