Abstract
X-ray diffraction and crystallographic studies are reported for octahe dral polydomain PbYb0.5Ta0.5O3 crystals. The orientations of different 60 degrees and 90 degrees domains are determined. For S-type domains, the temperature dependence of the domain wall orientations is calcula ted.
