The effect of intergrain exchange interactions on remanence and coerci
vity is calculated numerically for a nanostructured two-phase model ma
gnet composed of grains. Nanoscale systems composed of an oriented har
d phase and a soft phase with a high magnetization are investigated by
an approach which yields the demagnetization curve. A numerical inves
tigation of the grain size dependence of the coercivity field in this
