Abstract
We address pre-equilibrium model mechanisms for the cluster emission a nd compare them for reactions below 200 MeV. The conclusion about the proper mechanism is not unique yet, however. For the gamma emission, t he main attention is devoted to the nucleon radiative capture. The dat a suggest a shift of the effective position of GDR together with a new indication of its energy-dependent width.
