Abstract
PURPOSE: To report a case of bilateral panuveitis associated with diff use infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome (DILS). METHODS: Case report. A 35-year-old woman with known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infe ction developed bilateral uveitis with retinal periphlebitis in associ ation with diffuse infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome. RESULTS: Detai led comprehensive examination and investigations were performed and re cognized causes of panuveitis excluded. CONCLUSION: To the best of our knowledge, we report the first case of retinal findings associated wi th diffuse infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome. (C) 1998 by Elsevier S cience Inc.
