Abstract
We report the case of a 48 year old man who presented with a 4 month h istory of vomiting and weight loss, Barium studies and upper gastroint estinal endoscopy demonstrated anteriomesenteric duodenal occlusion. W e discuss the possible aetiology and significance of his investigation findings and subsequent management.
