C. Dalvit et Jm. Bohlen, EVALUATION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF 2D H-1 PFG ABSORPTION MODE DQ SPECTROSCOPY IN THE ANALYSIS OF CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL MOLECULES, Magnetic resonance in chemistry, 36(9), 1998, pp. 670-680
The performance of the H-1 2D PFG-DQ experiment is analysed with theor
y and with some practical examples. The use of different angles for th
e detection pulse allows sensitivity optimization and spectral editing
. Almost complete water suppression, high sensitivity, predominantly a
bsorption lineshape, very low t(1) noise and absence of strong diagona
l signals make the method very suitable for the analysis of complex mi
xtures, e.g. biofluids, cell cultures, natural product extracts and co
mbinatorial chemistry samples. The method is also compared with the we
ll known TOCSY and COSY experiments, (C) John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
