Abstract
An easy and more efficient synthesis of oxanosine and 2'-deoxyoxanosin e has been developed, a key step in the reported synthesis is a new ph otochemical transformation by UV irradiation of l-hydroxy derivatives of inosine. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
