INTELLIGENT FEEDBACK IN A FLIGHT CONTROL-SYSTEM - PART I

The problem of intelligent flight control is considered, with the cont rol involving not only modification of the flight itself, but also mul tiple selection of the control goal and reconfiguration of the flight program. Taking into account the uncertainty, contingencies that are h ard to formalize, and limited time for decision-making, the use of som e elements of artificial intelligence is shown to be appropriate. Thes e elements form a new type of feedback realizing the selection of beha vior strategy and the tactics of alternative actions.
