Abstract
Diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) is a disease characterized by chronic i nflammation of bronchioles and terminal bronchioles. Most DPB cases ha ve been found in Japan in the past three decades.(1) We report the fir st typical DPB in the mainland of China diagnosed by open lung biopsy.
