EXTENSION OF HEREDITARY SYMMETRY OPERATORS

Two models of candidates for hereditary symmetry operators are propose d and thus many nonlinear systems of evolution equations possessing in finitely many commuting symmetries may be generated. Some concrete str uctures of hereditary symmetry operators are carefully analysed on the basis of the resulting general conditions and several corresponding n onlinear systems are explicitly given as illustrative examples.
