Abstract
A sample of 1,239 female Anglican clergy in the United Kingdom respond ed to twenty-five statements exploring their perception of clergy-wome n as compared to clergymen. The findings suggest that the majority of clergy women see themselves as having different gifts to offer to mini stry, compared with the gifts offered by clergymen. Only a small propo rtion of clergywomen, however equate differences with superiority.
