The present study consists of two parts. The first part is oriented to
a theoretical model of selfconsistent analysis to determine simultane
ously the electric field and loss cone boundary in heliotron/torsatron
configuration under the influence of nonclassical particle losses. Th
e second part is refered to the analysis on NBI heated and ECH plasmas
in Compact Helical System (CHS) device. Comparison is made between th
eoretical results and experimental observations.
