Abstract
The authors report a case of chronic occlusion of the left main corona ry associated with occlusion of the second segment of the right corona ry artery documented at coronary angiography carried out for effort an gina without previous infarction. Myocardial perfusion was preserved m ainly by a marginal branch of the right coronary arising immediately b efore the occluded second segment and by a small branch of the left ma in coronary artery.
