We demonstrate that the technique of measuring the angular correlation
between the photoejected electron and polarized fluorescent photon ca
n be used to determine all the photoionization parameters for the rela
tivistic case. Applying this technique to an autoionization resonance
of atomic Sr, values were obtained for the ratios of the three dipole
amplitudes and the two phase differences.
