Abstract
Dispersion characteristics of the microstrip line using longitudinally magnetised ferrite subtrates were calculated numerically for the prop agation frequency of the magnetostatic wave mode. The numerical result s showed the quasi-TEM modes and higher-order modes of the magnetostat ic surface wave mode which propagates transversely to the quasi-TEM mo de. A cutoff behaviour was also confirmed.
