Abstract
We report a case of life-threatening hemothorax caused by rupture of a left thyrocervical trunk aneurysm and arteriovenous fistula in a pati ent with type I neurofibromatosis. This lesion was treated with endova scular coil embolization. (C) 1998 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons .
