Abstract
Hyperemesis gravidarum is associated with nausea and vomiting during t he ist trimester of pregnancy, We report 2 cases of hyperemesis gravid arum associated with vasospasms of cerebral arteries recognized by mag netic resonance imaging angiography. The hyperemetic condition of the patients improved after fluid and electrolyte replacement therapy.
