Gg. Naumis, MODELING OF GROWTH AND AGGLOMERATION PROCESSES LEADING TO VARIOUS NONCRYSTALLINE MATERIALS, Journal of non-crystalline solids, 234, 1998, pp. 600-606
A statistical method is presented, based on stochastic transition matr
ices, to describe the growth of non-crystalline materials. The method
is applied to model the growth of a typical covalent network glass lik
e amorphous GexSe1-x. As a result, an analytical relation between the
glass transition temperature, concentration of Ge and bonding energies
is found. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights rese
