Local escape factors for photons emitted within a Doppler (Gaussian) f
requency profile, at specified radial locations within the homogenous
infinite cylinder, are calculated and tabulated. They have been checke
d for numerical accuracy against a previously calculated global (integ
rated) escape factor. Their general behavior is illustrated in figures
, which show also the expected approach of the surface escape factor t
