Abstract
A few novel 5-(2'-hydroxyaryl)-isoxazoles 3 and 2-(aryloxymethyl)-3-me rcapto-1,3,4-oxadiazoles 8 have been synthesized from the intermediate enamino ketones 2, and tested for their herbicidal activity.
