A decrease in the drift mobility of holes and electrons upon the trans
ition of molecular transport centers from disordered to orientation-or
dered state was established for polymeric transporting layers. The stu
dy was performed for polystyrene films doped by nitrogen-containing ar
omatic compounds providing electron or hole transport through the poly
mer layer.
