This paper presents the social systems theoretical framework and the p
rocedural design of a group interaction procedure using a technique of
iteration with control feedback named Imen-Delphi (ID). The ID proced
ure suggests an applied social systems technique that can improve the
efficiency of a group of panellists to invent change through inter-gro
up discussions and attain some level of agreement regarding their pref
