Abstract
Results of a 30-patient pilot study of a recently developed percutaneo us myocardial revascularization approach are described. The feasibilit y and positive safety profile of percutaneous myocardial revasculariza tion an clearly demonstrated, with no mortality associated with the tr eatment or in the immediate posttreatment period and an incidence of o nly 1 major complication.
