A patient with repaired tetralogy of Fallot presented with:recurrent s
yncope and had multiple haemodynamically; unstable ventricular tachyca
rdias unresponsive to antiarrhythmic medications Ventricular tachycard
ias became haemodynamically tolerated with amiodarone, procainamide an
d dopamine, permitting activation and entrainment mapping. Radiofreque
ncy ablation of three tachycardia circuits was performed. Ventricular
tachycardia could ndt be induced 1 week; and 3 and 9 months later. Rad
iofrequency ablation is feasible for multiple, haemodynamically unstab
le ventricular tachycardias in repaired tetralogy of Fallot.
