Abstract
A 54-year-old patient, who had a remote history of radial nephrotomy f or nephrolithiasis, presented with a symptomatic renal mass. The lesio n was suspicious for malignancy on excretory urography, retrograde pye logram, and computed tomography. A nephroureterectomy was performed. T he histologic sections showed keratinizing squamous metaplasia. UROLOG Y 52: 512-513, 1998.
