ROCKING THE FOUNDATIONS OF SOLID TUMOR-GROWTH BY ATTACKING THE TUMORSBLOOD-SUPPLY

Deprivation of tumor vascularization is a promising way to prevent tum or outgrowth. Various approaches are under investigation to achieve th is, ranging from inhibition of endothelial cell growth or migration to selective tumor vascular targeting of chemotherapeutics.
