Abstract
The language we use to describe faculty roles is the language of thing s counted, accountants, accountability. To keep themselves alive as sc holars and develop creativity in students, faculty members need to thi nk about their work using the language of play, mysticism, soul, arche type, mythology, passion, madness, emotions, art, and community.
