Abstract
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolic acids was carrie d out using methods of HPLC with the diode array detector (DAD). The q uantitative analysis of chosen phenolic acids was carried out using th e Multicomponent Analysis method (MCA). Solid-phase extraction was app lied for the purification of crude extract from aerial part of three s pecies of fam. Asteraceae (Chrysanthemum maximum Ram.(DC), Chrysanthem um segetum L., Rudbeckia laciniata L.). The choice of optimal conditio ns of analysis was made using DryLab+ software.
