Abstract
The reaction of D-glucose with 9-methylguanine produces N-2-fructosyl- 9-methylguanine, which undergoes oxidation to produce N-2-(1-carboxyme thyl)-9-methylguanine as a major adduct. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd . All rights reserved.
