Abstract
A five-month-old male chow chow and a four-month-old mix-breed dog wer e presented with severe ascites. Cor triatriatum dexter was diagnosed based on clinical, radiographic, and cardiac catheterization findings. Venous obstruction was relieved using a valve dilator passed through an incision in the right atrial appendage. Resolution of clinical sign s followed surgery in both cases.
