Abstract
The results of measurements of the hysteresis loops and transverse bia sed initial susceptibility performed by magneto-optical Kerr effect on sandwiches and bilayered systems of Fe/CoNbZr are reported. The value s of the coercivity, anisotropy field and anisotropy dispersion values are discussed in terms of the Fe crystallite size. Transmission elect ron microscopy and X-ray difraction results of these films are in good agreement with those obtained by TBIS. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
