Abstract
Within only a few years of the first description by Dubois in 1990 [1] , laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the treatment of choice for symptomatic cholelithiasis. In the first few years after the developme nt of a new surgical technique new complications are described, the mo st common in the first few months and the rarer ones over the followin g year;. We describe three new complications of laparoscopic cholecyst ectomy.
