Abstract
Twenty-seven patients carrying marker chromosomes were previously coll ected, characterized by cytogenetic techniques, and identified by step wise fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with alpha-satellite DN A probes. Clinical features of 22 patients are described here and comp ared to other patients with marker chromosomes similarly identified an d reported in the literature.
