Probabilities for multielectron radiative transitions can be interpret
ed and computed efficiently by using state-specific Hartree-Fock and/o
r correlated wavefunctions. Results are presented from application to
prototypical one-photon, two-, three- and four-electron transitions co
nnecting ground and low-lying excited states to triply and quadruply e
xcited states in Li, Be, Ne7+ and Ne6+.
