Abstract
This report describes two cases that developed moderate ovarian hypers timulation syndrome (OHSS) without evidence of haemoconcentration. Bot h patients developed serious cerebrovascular thrombosis resulting in h emiparesis, and recovered after treatment with anticoagulants. This re port emphasizes that other factors may contribute to vascular thrombos is, and illustrates that cerebrovascular accidents may complicate even moderate OHSS.
