The effects of intensive interlevel transitions in quantum wells (QWs)
and strong spin-orbit interactions on weak localization are considere
d. Anomalous magnetoresistance in classically weak fields is calculate
d for p-type QWs based on A(3)B(5) semiconductors. It is shown that th
e sign of magnetoresistance changes with varying of the doping level a
nd the role of the intersubband transitions in weak localization effec
ts depends dramatically on a view of the scattering potential. (C) 199
