Abstract
Clinical and angiographic features are described in a fifty-five years old man, with long-standing clinical manifestations of ischemic heart disease, In addition to severe coronary atherosclerosis, congenital a tresia of the left main coronary was present. A description of the cor onary anomaly found and a discussion of its meaning and significance a re presented.
