We present an FFT-based digital spectrometer designed for SETI and Rad
ioastronomy applications. In the typical configuration, the system is
capable of supplying the spectrum of the received signal every 28.8 ms
, for a maximum 128 K (131,072) frequency bins at an input bandwidth o
