A. Abbasabadi et al., HIGGS-PHOTON ASSOCIATED PRODUCTION AT HADRON COLLIDERS - ART. NO. 057301, Physical review. D. Particles and fields, 5805(5), 1998, pp. 7301
We present cross sections for the reactions p (p) over bar-->H gamma a
nd pp-->H gamma arising from the subprocess q (q) over bar-->H gamma.
The calculation includes the complete one-loop contribution from all l
ight quarks as well as the tree contributions from the light quarks an
d c and b quarks. These are the main sources of Higgs-photon associate
d production at hadron colliders. At Fermilab Tevatron energies, the c
ross section is typically between 0.1 fb and 1.0 fb for 80 GeV less th
an or equal to m(H)less than or equal to 160 GeV, while at CERN LHC en
ergies it exceeds about 2.0 fb over the same range of m(H). While subs
tantial, these cross sections are not large enough to produce a signal
which is discernable above the backgrounds from q (q) over bar-->b (b
) over bar gamma and, gg-->b (b) over bar gamma. [S0556-2821(98)06317-
