Abstract
We report the endoluminal treatment of a para-anastomotic aneurysm wit h an endovascular stent-graft. A straight stent graft was inserted thr ough the femoral artery into the abdominal aorta. The angiogram perfor med after the procedure showed total exclusion of the aneurysm. The pa tient has been asymptomatic for a 2 year follow-up period. We consider that this is a feasible technique in patients with high-risk for surg ery, but more experience is required to evaluate the efficacy of the p rocedure.
