Abstract
Interdiffusion coefficients in amorphous sinusoidally modulated CuxTi1 -x samples are measured by monitoring the decay of the law angle X-ray scattering intensity of the Bragg satellite during annealing. Diffusi on coefficient values ranging from 0.9 x 10(-24) to 6.9 x 10(-24) m2/s are obtained for isothermal annealing in the temperature range 413 to 503 K.
