Abstract
Objective: To establish any possible relationship between oral pathosi s and trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: Five cases of patients suffering from trigeminal neuralgia who were successfully treated by eliminating oral pathology were analyzed at the College of Dentistry, King Saud U niversity. Results: All patients included in the study had remission o f the pain following the treatment. Conclusion: Oral pathosis could ca use trigeminal neuralgia.
