We study the WW gamma vertex through the process gamma q --> Wq' where
q denotes the quark at a future high energy collider. The differentia
l cross-section for the photoproduction process gamma q --> Wq' is com
puted with both anomalous magnetic moment kappa and electric quadrupol
e moment lambda for the W-boson. The deep inelastic photoproduction of
W+/- is also calculated in a quark-parton model.
