Abstract
We have constructed the ground-state configurations for a square-latti ce Josephson network in a magnetic field H = pPHI0/qa2, for all p and q in the range 1 less-than-or-equal-to p less-than-or-equal-to q/2 and 2 less-than-or-equal-to q less-than-or-equal-to 20, leading to a bett er understanding of the zero-temperature phase diagram. We then comput e the field dependence of the ground-state energy, helicity modulus, a nd critical current.
