Human recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) has be
come a treatment of choice for neutropenia of diverse etiologies. We d
escribe a 71-year-old man who, while receiving G-CSF for graft failure
after peripheral blood stem cell transplant, developed dramatic extra
medullary granulopoiesis that mimicked recurrent lymphoma.
